Cancellation Policy
To ensure that we can provide the best service possible, we require a card on file to hold your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice or you will be charged accordingly to card on file. If you cancel with sufficient notice, you are entitled to one free reschedule. A second reschedule will incur a 50% fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any rescheduling requests made after the second cancellation.
